They went the extra mile and handled my service issue. they did work that i agreed to pay for and got it handled as under warranty work. Called when they said they would and took care of the repair as they said they would, great group of employees..Thanks

I recently Purchased a new Jeep from Centennial Chrysler Jeep and was Surprised by their wonderful service. They made the process easy by not wasting my time with all of the bait and switch techniques other dealers have tended to use on me. I always purchase my personal vehicles right after they are first brought out for the new year. Most of the time dealers try to convince me to buy the previous years vehicle. but not at Centennial. They informed me that there were more incentives offered from Jeep on the 2010s but they never pushed the issue and I appreciated that. They Also never lied to me like so many previous dealers have about my financing. Greg didnt try to convince me that I need a warranty to get my deal approved by the bank. It was for that exact reason that I was willing to ask him to re-explain the options I had because I actually WANTED to purchase them since I didnt feel like I had been backed into a corner with them. Overall the process was very simple and honest. I would definately recommend Centennial Chrysler Jeep to all my friends and family!

The sevice dept is by far the best I've dealt with. They are friendly, concerned about my time and perform outstanding work. I never hesitate to call them for advise. Any time I have brought my Jeep in for service it is done swiftly and correctly. Two big thumbs up, way to go guys!

Alex Y contacted me through a letter with info regarding returning my leased Jeep. I wanted to know what my options were and he was very clear in explaining them. He was very patient, informative and nice to work with. No pressure, he was just helpful and willing to work with us and wanted to provide his help in getting us what we wanted. Great guy!

I went to Centennial to inquire about turning in my lease and buying a new Jeep. Alex Yakubovich's customer service skills were exceptional! He gave me several options that would work with my budget, and was there through the whole process. I would highly recommend Centennial Chrysler to anyone, but more importantly--would direct them to work with Alex! He was patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I wouldn't have purchased a new Jeep if it weren't for his diligent work on my credit/financing, and his friendly and caring personality. He truly is an asset to the dealership. Thank you!

I had recently had a bad experience with another Lithia Jeep dealer in Aurora Colorado (the one at havana/alameda). Deciding not to go back to them I tried this dealership for my lease buy out. I contacted Alex Y by phone and he was very cordial and expressed his desire to make my transition as quick and painless as possible. While at first skeptical, after emailing him my information he had most of the paperwork lined up upon my arrival. He introduced me to Greg in finance who completed a credit union direct transaction for me with very little time in the dealership/office. As my wife and I pretty much hate the car buying experience I have to report that I was very pleasantly surprised! They followed through on their promise of quick and painless and we were in and out in record time.I would like to thank Alex and Greg for re-instilling my faith that there are still a few good folks out there in car dealership land.

Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated the efforts of one of your Internet Salesmen, Alex Yakubovich. I recently purchased a used 2007 Grand Cherokee from him and it was probably the best buying experience I've ever had - anywhere!

 

Firstly, you have a great selection and although I wanted to drive four different Grand Cherokees, Alex was patient throughout, answering my questions (unlike many car salesmen, he listens!), offering me choices and giving me his honest opinion. He has a great sense of humor and my girlfriend and I had a lot of fun with him. What I also appreciated about Alex was his consideration of our time. Once we picked out the Grand Cherokee we wanted Alex had the paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. Lastly, I like the "No Negotiating Necessary" prices you offer on the Internet. It takes all the B.S. out of the deal.

 

Lastly, Shilpa in finance was great to work with and she clearly explained our options with our warranty.

I'm writing to tell you about my recent purchase of a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. After some personal issues my credit score dropped but still hoped I could buy a car. I had been visiting and calling dealerships around town but everyone said they couldn't help me - most were unwilling to even call me back. I was frustrated and had pretty much given up all hope until I spoke with Mark Taracena in your Internet Department.

I told him my situation and throughout he was patient, insightful and actually listened to what I was saying! After recent bad experiences at other dealers I was a little apprehensive when I came in for my appointment but Mark had five cars that would fit my budget and credit situation already lined up for me to drive. Dear Paul:

 

I recently purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from your salesman, Barry Blasberg.

 

This is my seventh Jeep purchase in the Denver area and I had to write to tell you that this one blew all other experiences away! I have to admit I’ve probably heard every cheesy line from car salespeople over the years so it was refreshing to speak with Barry about my new purchase. He was upfront, honest and answered all of my questions clearly and promptly. Knowing I have a super busy schedule Barry offered to bring the Wrangler to my office for a test drive and review of the “bells and whistles.” He brought over the exact vehicle I wanted and I gave him a deposit to hold the vehicle until the following day.

 

The next day he brought all of the paperwork back to my office and delivered the Wrangler within 20 minutes – great way to do business! My colleagues were very impressed and I believe that Barry will enjoy a great many referrals based on his professionalism and unparalleled customer service.  I’ll certainly recommend him to everyone I know!

Hey Alex: 

Just wanted to drop you a line to say "I LOVE MY CAR" and you rock!  On the drive home I was a little nervous, with all of the traffic and snow, but when I got it up to 90mph (just kidding) it ran like a charm.  I just do not know how to express how grateful I am to you for your patience and kindness through the entire car buying process, and once again, I am so sorry that you had to stay so long on your day off.  When I took my daughter to day care this morning she was not sure about getting into another car, but she absolutely loved the room that she had in the back seat now.  I hate to do it but I will have to cover up those beautiful seats with some type of protective cover so she doesn't ruin them.  Anyway, I just wanted to say "thank you" and I look forward to dropping off the prius 2nd key to you on Monday.  I hope it is ok to send my emails to you at this email address, I took it from your business card.
